Wow I haven't been on here in probably three months. School's been fun but very busy so far. I'm actually home sick today. Yesterday I came home from the cities and was really tired. My mom and I went to her friend Trudie's house and we ate supper. We got home at about 7:15 pm and I changed clothes and brushed my teeth. Then I did my Algebra II homework and my International Studies homework but started feeling really tired and my throat hurt really bad. I decided to just study for Spanish and go to bed but then I called my mom and she thought I may have a fever. So I had to get up and have some medicine. I had to sleep on the couch so my dad could watch me and it was really hard to fall asleep. I laid down around 10 and didn't fall asleep until 11:30 or midnight. I woke up at like 8 today and went to read "Their Eyes Were Watching God" for English but after reading I got really tired again and fell asleep until 12. Now I'm still really tired but since I have ate lunch and taken a shower. I am probably going to miss the Student Congress tournament which really sucks but I don't think I can go being sick and all. So now I'm missing Wednesday and Thursday and I'm going to have to make-up some homework over the weekend probably. But I can go to school Friday most likely so that's good! This is probably really boring but I just wanted to make some sort of an entry since I haven't in so long!

Just to mention something else, some good films I saw this summer: "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind", "Away We Go", "(500) Days of Summer", "District 9", "Taxi Driver", "Up", "The Bridges of Madison County", and "Terms of Endearment", "Rain Man", and "The Graduate". There were many good movies in theatres this summer as well as lots of movies I checked-out from the library. Some others I want to see are: "9", "The Informant!", "Extract", "The Invention of Lying", "Reds", "The Secret Life of Bees", "The Truman Show", "One-hour Photo", "Tootsie", "Casablanca", "You Can Count On Me", as well as many others.

I also just saw "Whip It", Drew Barrymore's directorial debut, starring Ellen Page, Kristin Wiig, Marcia Gay Harden, Landon Reed, Alia Shawkat, Jimmy Fallon, Juliette Lewis, and Drew Barrymore. It was a very sweet, unique film with some good comedic parts. Good performances from the cast as well.

I'm going to miss school and seeing the same people every day. Tomorrow is the last day of school and all I have is two finals (Honors English and American History) and lunch, if you want to stay. I don't know what I'm going to do over the summer.

Ahh. How is everyone? I got to get ready to go soon. School is almost over and I don't have much of a plan for the summer but I'll just see what happens you know? Well I guess I'd better go (already!) and come back soon. I'm not sure anyone will read this though lol.

Ha, wow. I haven't been on here in a long time. My mom and I are listening to "Kentucky Rain" by Eddie Rabbitt and she said although Elvis Presley and Eddie Rabbitt both performed the song, she thinks Eddie Rabbitt did a better job. Ha, she was also telling me about how Eddie Rabbitt was never very popular and that he's very underrated. I would say that I have to agree. I really have to go get ready but we're having fun listening to music! I'll be on here later.

Isn't is sad how, as we grow older, the present becomes the past? The time I am living right now, I want to remember it as vividly as if I were living it. But when I look back, 5 years ago let's say; I don't remember it as well as I'd like to. Sure, I remember some memories and some things that happened, and I even remember how much I've changed since then. But it's going to be sad in another 5 years, looking back at the time now and only remembering it the way I remember 5 years ago now. Because, I really like the time I'm living now and I don't want to forget it.

P.S. I don't support the smoking pot elements in this movie because I think it's wrong to glorify smoking pot like it's a good thing because I believe that it's not; but, other than the smoking pot and drinking, it's a great movie!
